The 331 unit condominium project with 24,000 square feet of retail space.

The project was designed to incorporate six different building styles ranging from six stories to a 15-story concrete tower and provided a variety of floor plans including loft units, townhomes and live/work units. The building wraps the 5 story parking garage so as to not turn its’ back to the surrounding community.  The project includes a central common courtyard with a pool.
