A 121 unit condominium project with residential and ground floor retail spaces, common courtyard space and a rooftop entertainment deck.
The full city block project was designed to present as two distinct projects/building types to provide relief along the streetscape. The more traditional townhome building incorporated the preservation of a historic clock tower and the 8 story concrete loft building complements the traditions style with its contemporary lines and materials.
Deborah served as the Project Architect while with Martinez + Cutri.
