The 182 unit mixed-use apartment project will include approximately 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The site is designed such that the buildings are wrapped around the perimeter of 2 city blocks with a mix of commercial and residential screening the 2 levels of parking. Each building will have a large amenity courtyard in the center, above the 2 story parking garage.
Smithton Architects was hired to complete the project entitlements and continue as the Architect of Record.
