Situated in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego, this 60-unit affordable apartment project is dedicated to serving low and very low-income families. Designed with the community in mind, the project features resident community space on the ground floor, fostering interaction and engagement among residents. Walk-up units activate the ground floor, contributing to the vibrant street life. Embracing a thoughtful layout, the building wraps around on-grade parking, ensuring functionality without compromising aesthetics. Above, the units are arranged around a central courtyard amenity space, providing residents with a peaceful retreat and a sense of community. The project was designed with families in mind and features 2-and 3-bedroom units.
