City Heights Plaza Del Sol is our newest affordable housing project in the community of City Heights. This newly constructed 75-unit mixed-use development is tailored to meet the needs of local families, offering contemporary-design multi-room apartments across five stories. Abundant common areas, amenities, and onsite resident services have been incorporated into the design. These include a courtyard featuring a tot lot, BBQ, and laundry facility. Notably, the development site holds historical significance as the former location of American Legion Hall Post #201. A dedicated plaque and interpretive display within the commercial space area pay homage to this rich history.

The project was designed to screen the parking from the street and as a result, features a six-panel mural, a product of extensive community outreach. This artwork serves as a vibrant reflection of the diverse tapestry of City Heights, celebrating its rich cultural heritage and dynamic spirit.
