The 83 unit affordable project was an infill site bound by Florida Street on the West and an alley on the East with a sever cross slope, which allowed the project to read as a three-story project from the street. The project provides a sense of community for the residence and includes 2 common courtyards.
Deborah served as the Project Architect/Consultant from Plan Check through Construction for MW Steele Group.
