Hotel Del Coronado

The project is an addition to the Historic Hotel Del Coronado to include 175 guestrooms. 

The beachfront building will include a 15,000 sq ft ballroom with pre-function and meeting spaces opening into a 14,ooo sf lawn with views of the historic hotel.  The guestrooms are oriented around an ocean view pool courtyard and feature ocean, bay and pool views.  Smithton Architects was hired by the Architect, Leo A Daly out of Texas to be the onsite representative during permitting and construction administration. 

We attended weekly construction meetings, reviewed RFI’s and Submittals and provided weekly reports.
